Increase in the limits of one-fifth of the amount of Contract 92/RM3 of 15/06/2023 concerning Industrial Logistic Support for the A.M. NH-500 fleet – SIMOG – A025B95847 – to the Joint Venture between the “Lead Contractor” Leonardo Helicopters Division S.p.A. and the “Contracting Party” M.A.G. S.p.A., with which a specific contractual deed will be stipulated for a total value of €189,189.00 (one hundred eighty-nine thousand one hundred eighty-nine /00) VAT not subject to tax pursuant to art. 8bis of P.R.D. No. 633/72 and subsequent amendments.
